Is this only available with the full platform?
No. Data entry services can run on the GetLabServices platform or, where an interface exists, against a laboratory's existing system. Scope depends on what access and interfaces are available.
Who is accountable for accuracy?
Accuracy expectations, sampling and escalation are agreed before the engagement starts. Every field change is attributed and logged, so error sources are traceable rather than argued about.
